It's large enough to accomodate guests for for weddings, birthday parties, annual general meetings, church services, seminars e.t.c

The event center is easily located coming from different parts of the Lagos metropolis. The hall is developed with different event spectrums in mind so there could be an indoor/outdoore use or just indoor/outdoor.  The hall is tastefully designed, clean, has adequate car park as well as private car park. 

The changing room is private, and has its own restroom. The power is standby and water is in constant supply. There is kitchenette also for outsourced catering arrangements and stage platforms for the event.
