The Goethe Institute library functions in partnership with other libraries and specialised associations in Nigeria and abroad to uphold professional dialogue and interactions. The Goethe Library works together with organisations, universities, and other libraries within the country to arrange workshops, conferences, and seminars in the information sector. The Goethe-Institute in Lagos is the German cultural centre, organising and sustaining a wide range of cultural activities that characterise German culture inside Nigeria.
