Elkan Terrace is located inside the Government Residential Area. There is a Polo Club in the area as well as other fun activity spots. 

The restaurant serves an array of African and Continental cuisines. The bar is well stocked and gets groovy in the evenings. You can get something prepared specially/seperately for you.
